The Community Resource Centre is the Trusted Third Party for the Ministry of Housing and Social Development.

The Community Resource Centre is directed by the Ministry to be the go between with the Ministry and their clients. The CRC ensures that any paper work that the client needs to send to the Ministry will be faxed and mailed to MSHD. The CRC encourages MSHD clients to bring in any and all paperwork for the Ministry of Housing and Social Development so the clients don't incur any costs in sending in their paperwork.

The Community Resource Centre holds the clients private business in strict confidence.

The BC Employment and Assistance Program assists British Columbians in achieving their potential by moving people from income assistance to sustainable employment, and by providing income assistance to those in need.

BC Employment and Assistance is an income- and asset-tested program intended to assist people temporarily while they find work, and to assist those who are unable to fully participate in the workforce.
